Mr Manilal Patel, the company’s founder, hails from Kutch, Gujarat and is a self-made industrialist. Under his leadership, the company witnessed massive growth from a start-up to a big company. He provides executive guidance and support to all activities and operations of Nav Nirman. Manilal Patel is the person who built the business from scratch and helped the company in becoming a respected name in formwork systems in India.
Manilal Patel belongs to Gujarati Community and is passionate about business and innovation. He started his 1st venture in 1980 in the Timber business by importing Timber and processing/value-adding to make it a finished product. Manilal Patel is known for taking risks and driving an innovation culture in the company. In the 1990’s he started providing Project wood consultancy to all the leading construction companies in India. By the 2000s, he established Nav Nirman, the only 2nd Manufacturing plant in India for Formwork H-Beams.
Mr Manilal Patel is a man with a deep sense of giving back to the society and has been a Avid giver to Charities and Social Causes.
Bharat Patel is a whole time Director, who joined the company in the year 2010 after having completed his MBA from Belgium University with specialisation in Marketing & Finance.
He heads the entire team of Nav Nirman and plays an active role in the Organisation providing a strategic road map & also executing the same along with the management team.
Under his guidance and leadership, Nav Nirman has transformed itself from a mere H-Beam manufacturer to the solutions provider by Introducing different types of Advanced Formwork System. Today, Nav Nirman is one of very few companies in India having expertise in manufacturing wide ranges of Formwork System.
His strong belief and passion has led into becoming one of the prominent company in the field of Formwork in India and is ready to take the company global.
Kiran Patel an MBA Graduate from Osmania University joined the Company in 2019 and currently handles all the operations activity of the Company.
Under his guidance and leadership, Nav Nirman was able to achieve highest efficiency in the Production and was able to reduce the wastage in the process cycle. His signature work style aided in debottlenecking processes and pushing different verticals in achieving their maximum potential. He has worked strongly on team building and was successful in catalyzing the shift from person driven to process driven organization. His focus is on streamlining the internal supply chain of the company to avoid last minute urgencies.
